Brief for US 2788

For this assesment, tawa college counselling service would like a lealflet designed to alert teenagers to the dangers of drinking excessive alcohol.
The counsellors feel that if a design was created by teenagers using funky styles and modern day language, it will appeal to the people its targeted at.

Key Points:

* Create a 3 fold leaflet
* Use a wide variety of information sources
* Make it appeal to teenagers
* Use several photos
* Use photoshop and indesign tools

My information mainly will come from the web which inlcudes pictures and I will edit all these in photoshop before the final product be done in indesign.

Evaluation

I think my design is good because it highlights what mitchell is interested in. It has all of what he likes and I think the colors I put into it show he likes designing. I think it is really effective because it has a really light background with more flourescent coloured wordings all over the page. At the bottom is a picture of him which is a problem because I dont think its the right size. In the end I think I did meet the brief with what I was told to do, and mitchell seems to like it and so does miss Humphrey. My main problems were this evaluation and my visual diary which miss didnt approve of.

Completed my designer profile for Mitchell Patrick

Its got the stuff he likes and also what he is interested in which is "dark stuff"
and "graffiti".
He likes the flourescent colours in the graffiti of his background and the
light coloured texts that make it a really bright profile.
